Welcome to the Hilton Lake Homeowners Association near Everett, WA

The purpose of this site is to enhance the quality of life in Hilton Lake and provide support services and information to our residents.

We provide a number of resources here to help keep you informed, resolve issues, and become more involved in our community.

There has been discussion about speeding through our neighborhood, and a Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program that might work well for us.

For a neighborhood to be considered for inclusion in the program, it must meet minimum qualifying criteria pertaining to traffic speeds and volumes, and residents must submit a letter demonstrating neighborhood support. If this is of interest, we encourage you to explore the website listed above.

Shoreline Clean-Up Day on Sunday, Aug 24

With the weather being so dry this year, we have low water levels in the lakes and will take advantage of this to trim bushes and pull out branches and trash around the shorelines.

We also hope to unplug a couple of drainage areas which need attention before the rainy season arrives, and possibly do some work on the bridge if we have enough helpers.

Come join us starting at 9 AM and continuing until Noon or so.  If you can't help until later in the day, let us know and we'll find a project for you.

Junk Vehicles

To qualify, per RCW 46.55.010, a vehicle must meet three of the following:

  • At least three years old

  • Extensively damaged

  • Apparently inoperable

  • A “fair market value” equal only to the approximate value of the scrap in it

If the vehicle meets the above requirements, complete a Junk Vehicle Affidavit Inspection Request Form. You can also contact a law enforcement agency, 911 or an authorized junk vehicle inspector to arrange for the inspection of the vehicle, per RCW 46.55.230. If not, refer to RCW 46.55 concerning abandoned vehicles.

The Junk Vehicle Affidavit Form is available on the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) website.  Please have it available for the law enforcement officer or registered tow truck operator (RTTO) to complete.

Board meetings are normally (not always) held the SECOND THURSDAY of the month at the Hilton Lake Fire Station.

Our next meeting will be Sept 11 at 6 PM outdoors at the playground on 102nd St (N lake).  In case of rain we will meet at the fire station.
