Annual Homeowners Meeting 2026

We have scheduled our Annual this year to be at 7 PM on Thursday, May 14 at the Hilton Lake Fire Station.

If you've never attended, this is a great time to see what we've been doing and what we are planning for the coming year.

We have 118 homes in our HOA, and this is an opportunity to meet other homeowners who may not live nearby and also to share your ideas/concerns with others.

Welcome to the Hilton Lake Homeowners Association near Everett, WA

The purpose of this site is to enhance the quality of life in Hilton Lake by providing support services and information to our residents.

We provide a number of resources here to help keep you informed, resolve issues, and become more involved in our community.

If you are concerned about speeding, there is a County program that might be of interest.  To be considered, there are minimum qualifications for traffic speeds and volumes, and residents must submit a letter demonstrating neighborhood support. If this is of interest, we encourage you to explore the website listed above.

Summer Work Party

We are tentatively planning to have our next HOA common area improvement projects day in mid-late June.

It is still early in the planning stages, and we hope to continue work around the North Lake drainage areas which needed attention before the rainy season last year.

We also plan to wrap up work with the wood chipper and tackle other projects in the common areas.

Junk Vehicles

To qualify, per RCW 46.55.010, a vehicle must meet three of the following:

  • At least three years old

  • Extensively damaged

  • Apparently inoperable

  • A “fair market value” equal only to the approximate value of the scrap in it

If the vehicle meets the above requirements, complete a Junk Vehicle Affidavit Inspection Request Form. You can also contact a law enforcement agency, 911 or an authorized junk vehicle inspector to arrange for the inspection of the vehicle, per RCW 46.55.230. If not, refer to RCW 46.55 concerning abandoned vehicles.

The Junk Vehicle Affidavit Form is available on the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) website.  Please have it available for the law enforcement officer or registered tow truck operator (RTTO) to complete.

Board meetings are normally held the SECOND THURSDAY of the month at the Hilton Lake Fire Station.

Our next meeting will be 6 PM on Apr 9 at the fire station.  Homeowners are welcome to attend.
