The meeting was called to order by David Jiles on
Tuesday, 7:00PM at the home of Richard Stewart. Written agenda is not
available.
[MSP] Meeting minutes of February
2005 approved, as is.
1. Reminder-Annual meeting
place has been arranged by John Nist for 7PM March 15th, 2005 at
Eisenhower Middle School Cafeteria.
2. [MSP]
$350 to get started with a tree assessment of ALL of the common areas. We have
had a couple of homeowners with tree issues. (Brad Freden
and Johan Giffard).
3. Nine homeowners still have
not paid dues. Ray M. will attempt to contact each homeowner. A registered
letter will go out ASAP after Ray contacts and if we do not receive payment
within a couple of days. Mike Shorb will look for last year’s letter, to
facilitate getting the letters out in a timely manner.
4. We need Monty to update us
on the 2005 lake plan/proposal and goose guns.
1. There is a budget
discrepancy of $175.57. This has likely been there for a few years and the
actual number has decreased (was ~$300 when Mike was doing treasurer). We will
list it as a line item to account for it and move on with a balance book.
2. The bank, at which we hold
our accounts (checking and savings) is (was) charging us fees at the rate of
$10/month. This is a change in their policy and we had to ask for it to be
removed, which they did. It will kick in again probably at the beginning of
2006, and the representative was not very helpful in extending the current “no
charges”. We may need to find a new bank if we continue to get this treatment.
3. 2005 projected budget was
presented by Frances and discussed. It will be presented at the annual meeting.
