HILTON LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

                                    January 4, 2005

MEMBERS ABSENT: Nancy Christiansen, Frances Collinwood, David Miles, John Nist,

HOMEOWNERS PRESENT: None

 

The meeting was called to order by Rob Marks on Tuesday, 7:30pm at the home of Rob Marks. Written agenda is not available.

 

 [MSP] Meeting minutes of November 2004 approved, as is.

 

OLD BUSINESS

Due to low turnout and late start of meeting, it was decided that the meeting would be kept short with discussion of 2005 potential projects and followed by a letter stuffing session to get the dues bills out. [Note- dues bills were mailed directly after meeting]

 

NEW BUSINESS

Potential Projects for 2005-

1.      Culvert unplug.

2.      Tennis courts net re-setting (jack-hammering may be combined with culvert unplugging)

3.      Grass renewal to common area adjacent to Carolyn Allen’s house (space covers approx. the frontage of two or three lots).

4.      Picnic tables- Make new or refurbish? David Flaming has volunteered to make tables in the past.

5.      Clean out and re-organize shed.

6.      Build fence between Hilton Estates and North Lake. It may be important to establish a barrier before the first residents move in. No fence invites foot traffic.
