About 30 homeowners were present.

Treasurer's report given
Monty asked why we're paying more for landscaping.  Reply was to discuss at the end.
Another asked what budget items were decreased.

Lake report given.
Costica fielded some questions from the floor.

MOTION: Purchase fish for the lakes in 2008 at an approximate cost of $500

Discussion about architecture committee by Ray.

MOTION: Complaints against homeowners should be submitted to the board in writing before being considered by the board.  The board will not accept anonymous complaints.

MOTION: Remove 1/1/2008 rule in the minutes that required homeowners to complete construction projects within 4 months, etc.

Discussion about Roof petition

Vote to amend by-laws for no homeowner contractors.
20 for, 8 against, 3 not marked(counted as no), PASSED

Nominations from the floor were asked.  None given
Ray Delger, John Nist, Sheila Jordan voted in for new three year terms.
