Don Williams discussed posting don't feed the geese signs.  $100 was already approved in the august minutes.  Von agreed to research.

MOTION: Approve Feb Minutes.

Treasurer's report was given

Discussed amendment to by-laws by members at the annual meeting.

Discussed roofing amendment to CCRs.  Requires 88 member signatures by petition.

Send basic notice of 2008 Annual Member Meeting, March 25^th, 7:00pm, at the Firehouse on 35^th.
