Directors Absent: Pam Smith, Costica Gheorghiu, Jeff Lind (plus one opening) 

Homeowner's Present: Dave Flaming

Meeting called to order at 7:05

Dave Flaming came to talk about 2008 nominating committee, drainage tile collapsed near the well and playground, and filed proxy for the annual meeting.  Large cottonwood tree near the culverts drops a lot of material in the lake each year.

MOTION: Add Dave Flaming to the 2009 Nominating Committee
Made by John Nist, seconded by Von Kelly, APPROVED

MOTION: Approve the January minutes as is
Made by Ray Delger, seconded Von Kelly, APPROVED

Treasurers Report was given.

MOTION: Approve 2008 Budget
