MOTION:  Approve October minutes

Treasurer's report shared and approved.

Lawyer update: Pam Smith visited a lawyer about process to update our By-Laws and CCRs.  Lawyer will send information in writing.

We have an opening on the board for term ending March 2008.  Pam V's term expired after missing three meetings.  Von and John offered to help find a replacement by our January meeting.

Earthworks mows on Friday now.  Sprinklers were winterized for the year.

We plan to put bark around the North lake cherry trees during the spring work party.
