MOTION: Give Monty a copy of the 2007 Earthworks Scope of Work document.

MOTION: Show Monty a copy of the Scope of Work at the meeting.
Costica made, Ray M seconded.

MOTION: approve the march minutes

MOTION: New date for work party is June 2nd because May date canceled

MOTION: Garage Sale date to be June 9th
Pam V made, John Nist seconded, majority were in favor. PASSED
Monty mentioned that there’s a path east of the fence where kids are entering our
property. Next to Steve A’s house, last house on 102nd.
MOTION: Authorize Jeff Lind to send a letter from the homeowners association to
two homeowners about shrubs on 102nd growing over the sidewalk and family on 104th
dumping dog waste and clippings into ballfield. Jeff to send draft of letters to
board via email and wait for 4 other approvals before sending.

Jeff will call Carol Starak to help sign in homeowners at work party
Architectural Committee Report from Chairperson Pam
Many homeowners are adding decks, fences, retaining walls, siding, shutters, without
architectural committee approval. Most of these projects are well done and would
easily be approved.
Architectural Committee will meet between now and the next board meeting to come
up with plan.
2006 IRS report was filed by Scott Cecile, Treasurer. $30 should come back from
taxes.
Lake Report: Costica is attending water management training in Everett this Saturday.
Ralph Watt requested authorization to enclose shed. Passed to Pam, committee chairperson.
Kent Brady would not like Earthworks to mow the community property near his house.
MOTION: Ask Earthworks to look at community property and if it’s already mowed by
Kent, they may skip it. If it needs maintenance, then they need to maintain it.
Pam to draft letter to Earthworks and email board, Jeff has authorization to send
letter after majority email vote.
Ray D made, Costica seconded, all were in favor. PASSED
Pam Smith mentioned that we should review the By-Laws. Each Director to review by-laws
and make suggestions to board via email. Pam Smith to compile emails and schedule
discussion meeting before June board meeting. In June we will present findings to
board.
