MOTION approve 3/6/2007 minutes -
Ray M made, Costica second, all were in favor, APPROVED

MOTION approve 3/20/2007 minutes -
Ray M made, Ray D seconded, all were in favor, APPROVED

MOTION approve 2006 Statement of Income and Expenses with 2007 budget
Discussion of Lake Treatment expense
Ray D made, Scott C seconded, all were in favor, APPROVED

Costica plans to attend Washington State Department of Water Management Class and get free chemicals for testing

MOTION vote in Pam V as director to replace Dave Miles open term, ~1 year

MOTION 2007 Officer to be Ray D President, John Nist Vice President, Ray Metz Secretary, Scott Cecile Treasurer
John Nist made, Ray Metz Seconded, all were in favor, APPROVED

MOTION add Wendy Sorenson to the 2008 nominating committee
Pam V made, Ray D second, all were in favor, APPROVED

MOTION add Pam V as architectural committee chair, with Ray M and Scott C, Costica G as members
