Board members present: Ray, Kent, Jeff, Mike, Frances, John, Scott, Dave

Board members absent: Richard

Approximately 30 homeowners present.

Proceedings

7:03 Kent opened the meeting.

Lively dialog ensued lasting over 2 hours.

There was honest disagreement about the validity of the petition to remove two board members.

9:22 - Dave made motion for to approach Cogdill on behalf of the association to address the petition process recently undertaken by concerned homeowners for the removal of john and mike.  Whether or not it is considered valid in accordance with our By-Laws and CCRs and if not, why not.  Not to exceed $1000   Ray seconds. Unanimous vote by board members present.  Passed.
